Complete demolish & re-build from 2 bedroom bungalow to two storey chalet house.
This project was estimated and completed in 26 weeks . The existing property was completely demolished apart from 10% leaving two walls to the from room only.
The property had extensive footings installed and drainage to accomodate the new bathrooms. The entire first floor is supported by steel and joist construction to include re-pitching of the entire roof. The roof has a number of velux windows to allow natural daylight and keeping the original aesthetic looks in order to blend in with the surrounding area thereby keeping continuity.
